Project DirectorGraduated from Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers (ICAM) de Nantes (1997), he starts his career at IBM as a consultant in multiple projects, especially for banking and insurance clients. Then at IBM he becomes part of the E-business team at IBM-Paris and enters into document management applications with Lotus Domino Notes. In 2000, he joins the Cycnos-Qwam System Group as project manager. At the end of 2003 he becomes part of the founding team of Qwam E-content Server solutions. He then play an instrumental role in the development of Qwam solutions and of clients' portofolio.
Technical DirectorGraduated from Ecole Centrale Lille, Ivan Monnier has more than 25 years of experience in information systems, document management and search engines. He has an expert in content databases and related technologies: search engines, content enrichment and semantics, content repositories, document management, big data analytics, clustering tools and other web technologies. He has supervised numerous projects conducted by Qwam, especially in major accounts (pharma companies, defense sector, research organisations, press and media groups, etc.). Ivan Monnier is in charge of technical orientations, R&D programs and solutions based on Qwam E-Content Server (QES) platform, the content management software solution provided by Qwam.
CEOGraduated in Mechanical Engineering and Computing from Imperial College (University of London, UK) in 1984 and in Business Administration from IAE de Paris-Sorbonne (DESS-MBA), Christian Langevin begins its career as a consultant in innovation management and technology transfer. He is one of the pioneers in competitive intelligence in France when he develops in 1988 consulting and service within Innovation 128 consultancy firm where he becomes a managing partner. Then in 2003 within the IT group Cycnos-Qwam System he becomes involved in search engine projects and leads the development of Qwam E-content Server (QES) range of solutions. He then creates in 2006 Qwam Content Intelligence (so called Qwam) and has been its CEO since. Christian Langevin is a regular speaker at conferences. He also supervises courses in software and information sources for competitive intelligence at EEIE (Ecole Européenne d’Intelligence Economique).
ChairmanGraduated from engineering school ENSEEIHT in 1973, he has spent all his career in the IT services industry. In 1980, as Managing Director of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations’ subsidiary, he launches the first French server of press data bank in full text. In 1988, he joins the company LineData and strongly contributed to make it a leader in the sector of financial software and geomarketing. In 1994, he leads Linedata LBO with its management team, becomes its Chairman and then organizes its-sell-out in 1998. Francis Rubaudo is now adviser in several venture capital funds, member of the supervisory board of Linedata Services and partner of several innovative companies. He is the Chairman of Qwam.
